These Terms and Conditions are for the offer of a 50% rebate on completion of the LaunchKit Feedback Questionnaire

Rebate will only be provided to people who provide detailed feedback, meet the word requirements for their answers with meaningful information and answer all questions in the survey. Surveys completed with meaningless or repetitive information are not eligible for the rebate. 

You agree to be honest in your survey responses. If you are unhappy with your LaunchKit experience, you agree to offer Ange and Ruby the opportunity to rectify the issue. 

By completing the survey and requesting the rebate, you waive anonymity and are agreeing that Biz Launch Lab can use your name, occupation and your words on our website, in online posts, marketing collateral and in any other location or material we choose, without any scope to request we remove the content from any location at any time. We agree that your feedback will be used in an honest way that reflects your original meaning. 

Rebates will be provided through EFT, in Australian dollars, to an Australian bank account. You agree to provide your bank details in order for this to occur. Any fees you may be charged by your financial institution for this transaction are your responsibility, and do not form part of the rebate. If you cannot provide an Australian bank account, any fees incurred by Biz Launch Lab for the transfer of funds will be deducted from your rebate. 

You agree you are not entitled to a further rebate of funds or refund or discount of any kind beyond the 50% of the purchase price paid, for any reason. 

Only surveys completed and received by Biz Launch Lab by 11.59pm 31 October 2019 are eligible for the rebate. This date and time is absolute and no negotiation will be entered into, or extension offered, for any reason or circumstance.
